What is CONDYLIN and what it is used
CONDYLIN is an alcohol solution for application on the skin containing podophyllotoxin. Podofilotoksinat substance contained in podophyllin, resin plant Podophyllum. Podofilotoksinat inhibits cell division and has anti-inflammatory action.
Kondilin be used for the treatment of warts on the external genitalia of both men and women.
2. Before you start using CONDYLIN
You must not use CONDYLIN
In case of hypersensitivity to any component;
Inflamed or bleeding wounds;
Open wounds following surgical procedures;
In combination with other medicines containing podophyllin;
During pregnancy and lactation;
For children under 12 years of age.
Take special care with CONDYLIN
Kondilin is only recommended for the treatment of warts and should not be applied on other warts and inherited traits.
CONDYLIN should not come in contact with eyes. In case of eye contact must thoroughly and continuously rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Avoid alcohol during treatment with CONDYLIN
Male patients should use condoms as they establish their complete cure. Their sexual partners should also be examined by a doctor.

Taking other medicines
Avoid co-administration with other drugs containing podophyllin because they also contain podophyllotoxin.

3. How to use CONDYLIN
Kondilin recommended for topical treatment of warts. Treatment with CONDYLIN can be conducted from your home. Only if the warts are very large treatment should be performed by a doctor.
Before applying the solution, part of the body to be treated should be thoroughly washed with soap and water and gently wiped dry.
The solution should be applied to the warts with the supplied pad. The pad can be used only once!
Make sure the solution does not fall on the surrounding skin and mucosa. Do not use Kondilin on warts.
After application allow solution to dry a few minutes. Kondilin should not be removed by washing with water. Wash hands thoroughly after each application of Kondilin.
If you do not otherwise specified, please observe the following doses:
Treatment with CONDYLIN must be carried out twice daily (12 hours apart) for 3 consecutive days.
Then follows a period of four days without treatment. Kondilin treatment must be repeated until the warts disappear, the maximum period for application is five weeks.
Please contact your doctor immediately if after five weeks of treatment no result.
Overdose measures overdose.
The risk of systemic toxicity after topical application increases in the treatment of large surfaces with large amounts of the drug over a long period of time in treating fragile, bleeding or freshly removed warts and careless application on normal skin or mucosa.
Symptoms of toxicity include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and thrombocytopenia (reduced platelet count in the blood), leucopenia (reduced white blood cell counts in the blood), kidney and liver disorders. The effects on the central nervous system are late onset and lengthy include: acute psychogenic reactions, hallucinations, confusion, dizziness, stupor (consciousness disorders in which the patient is completely relaxed and insensitive), loss of balance, convulsions and coma. Changes in EEG may continue for several days. Peripheral and autonomic neuropathy develops later and can cause tingling in the extremities, reduced reflexes, muscle weakness, palpitations, shortness of breath, fainting, disturbances in intestinal passage and urinary retention.
Overdosage with topical application, the area should be washed thoroughly with soap and water. Eye contact, they should be washed with water or possibly with a suitable solution to clean the eyes.

Other ingredients are: lactic acid, sodium lactate, ethanol 96%.
