2. What you should know before using Bretaris Genuair
Do not use Bretaris Genuair
if you are allergic to aclidinium bromide or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6);
if you are allergic to atropine or similar bronchodilator drugs such as ipratropium, tiotropium or oxitropium.
Warnings and Precautions
Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before using Bretaris Genuair:
if you have asthma;
if you have recently had heart problems ;.
if you see a halo around lights or colored images (glaucoma);
if you have an enlarged prostate, problems with urination or difficulty swollen bladder.
Bretaris Genuair is indicated for maintenance treatment of your chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and should not be used to treat a sudden attack of breathlessness or wheezing. If your COPD symptoms (breathlessness, wheezing, cough) do not improve or get worse, you should as soon as possible to consult with your doctor.
Dry mouth, which occurred in medications like Bretaris Genuair, may, after using your medicine for a long time to connect to tooth decay. Therefore, please do not forget to take care of their oral hygiene.
Stop taking Bretaris Genuair and seek immediate medical attention:
if you get chest tightness, coughing, wheezing or breathlessness immediately after using the drug. These may be signs of a condition called bronchospasm.
Children and adolescents
Bretaris Genuair should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years.
Other medicines and Bretaris Genuair

You can use Bretaris Genuair anytime before or after food and drinks.
Pregnancy and lactation
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. You should not use Bretaris Genuair, if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, unless your doctor tells you to.
Driving and using machines
Bretaris Genuair no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines. This medicine may cause headaches or blurred vision. If you experience such side effects do not drive or operate machinery until the headache has passed and your vision is back to normal.
Bretaris Genuair contains lactose monohydrate
This medicine contains lactose. If your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact him before taking this medicine.
3. How to use Bretaris Genuair
Always use this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose is one inhalation twice daily, morning and evening;
The effects of Bretaris Genuair lasted 12 hours; therefore, you should try to use your inhaler Bretaris Genuair at the same time each morning and evening. If you use more than the amount Bretaris Genuair
If you think you may have used more than the amount Bretaris Genuair, tell your doctor or pharmacist.
If you forget to use Bretaris Genuair
If you miss a dose Bretaris Genuair, inhaled dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, however, do not take the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up the missed dose.
If you stop using Bretaris Genuair
This medicine is for continuous use. If you want to stop treatment please consult your doctor because the symptoms may get worse.

4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Stop using the drug immediately and consult your doctor if your throat or tongue swell, or if you experience itching patches on your skin (hives), as this may be symptoms of an allergic reaction.

Inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis);

Rapid heartbeat (tachycardia);

5. How to store Bretaris Genuair
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the label dispenser carton and bag inhaler after "EXP". The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
This medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions.
Use within 90 days of the opening of the bag.
Keep inhaler Genuair tucked in the sealed pouch to the beginning of the application.
Do not use Bretaris Genuair, if you notice that the pack is damaged or shows that it is opened.
After taking the last dose inhaler should be discarded. Follow local guidelines for disposal of municipal waste when disposing of unused or empty inhaler. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.

What Bretaris Genuair
The active substance is aclidinium bromide. Each delivered dose contains 375 micrograms aclidinium bromide, equivalent to 322 micrograms aklidinium.
The other ingredient is lactose monohydrate.

Genuair inhaler is white, with built-in dose indicator and green button dosing. The mouthpiece is covered with a green cap, which can be removed. Supplied in a sealed protective aluminum bag.
